How to enter the Summer Draw

  1. Buy your tickets online here.
  2. If you would prefer to send a cheque, contact Julia to make your purchase.
  3. When you receive your tickets in the post write your name, address and phone number on each ticket stub you are entering.
  4. Return your ticket stubs to us in your enclosed Freepost envelope (at no cost to you) with the slip on the back of this letter and your payment.
  5. You can pay for your Summer Draw tickets by cheque or credit/debit card.

Closing date: the last date we can enter tickets is 17 May 2021 – please ensure your entries reach us in good time, we are unable to enter tickets received after this date.

Tickets will be drawn on 24 May 2021 – and winners will be notified shortly after.

Terms and conditions for Summer 2021 Draw

By entering you agree to;

  1. That you are a resident of mainland Great Britain (this excludes Isle of Man and Channel Islands).
  2. You are 18 years old or over.
  3. Not buy tickets for,  or on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
  4. Provide accurate entry information and accept that it is your responsibility to keep us informed of any changes as soon as they arise, including the change of your contact details.
  5. You will comply with the rules and regulations of the Gambling Commission under legislation laid down in the Gambling Act 2005 and any further instructions or rules issued by the Promoter from time to time.
  6. Refunds may not be given once tickets are purchased.
  7. If in the case that a returned response form or ticket stub is not be legible or completed in full, making it impossible for us to distinguish whether the intention is to purchase a lottery ticket or to make a donation, then any accompanying money will be treated as a donation.We do not accept responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
  8. The first prize of £100 will be sent by cheque in the post to the winner.
  9. The runner up voucher prizes will be sent by post.
  10. Winners will be manually drawn at random in the presence of the promoter and another witness. Prizes will be allocated to winning tickets in the order in which they are drawn, starting with the first prize.
  11. A postal address must be provided to claim the prize and it is your responsibility to notify us of any change of address. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter or does not bank a cheque within 90 days, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the prize money will be transferred to Tools for Self Reliance as a charitable donation. 
  12.  The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
  13. Tools for Self Reliance staff/volunteers/trustees and their families are able to participate in the Summer Draw unless they are involved in the administration of the draw in which case they must be excluded. This applies to the staff/volunteer/trustee’s family too.
