Workshop and Site Manager

We are recruiting a Workshop and SIte Manager to join us at our head office and workshop in Netley Marsh, on the edge of the New Forest.


Every year, we ship around 25,000 refurbished tools to our vocational training projects in Africa, so this role is a great opportunity for a skilled and experienced person to make a real difference.

The role will include:

  • Managing and supervising a team of workshop volunteers
  • Managing and maintaining the workshop
  • Managing our shipments to Africa
  • Site management
  • Health and safety

We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of working with and within a team to achieve the efficient implementation of day to day operations within an organisation.

Ideally you will have hands on experience of logistics or warehouse management, health and safety management and best practice. You will also be a good communicator, able to work with and motivate people working in the organisation and have the ability to think on your feet to solve problems.

This is a permanent post, subject to the successful completion of a 6 month probationary period. A 10% pension contribution will be made.
