Together with its partners in Africa Tools for Self Reliance has been changing people’s lives for 30 years. We think this is a fact worth celebrating. So we’d like to invite you to Join our Celebration.
Join our Celebration is a birthday party with a difference. All over the UK our supporters will be joining in and holding their own events to fundraise and friend raise for Tools for Self Reliance.
We’d like you to join in too and invite family, friends and colleagues to a party of your own. This can be anything from a picnic in the park to a medieval banquet – at home, at your neighbours, at your favourite restaurant, in your street, on the beach, at your church or at your club. Join our Celebration runs throughout 2010 so you could even tie it into a theme such as Easter or Halloween. See what other people are doing in our birthday diary.
We’re asking you to charge an entry fee or request a donation from each guest attending your party. It’s that simple to raise funds for Tools for Self Reliance! You could raise anything from £30 to £3,000. The money you raise will be used to support new projects in Africa.
