Annual gathering and AGM

This is an archived news story, written on: August 14, 2008

On about the only sunny day we have had this summer, Tools for Self Reliance held its 2008 AGM at Netley Marsh. People travelled from far and wide to enjoy a day of activities, presentations and an all important evening BBQ. The travel record goes to group member Malcolm Wilson from Aberdeen Milltown who had a round trip of several hundred miles. Excellent presentations on current projects were given including one by Japhet Kilangi from our partner the Small Industries Development Organisation in Tanzania. It was also announced that Grant Williams is the newest member of the Board of Trustees.
