With the initial help from Tools for Self Reliance, the shoe repair shop has since gone from strength to strength and members have recently bought a plot of land in order to expand the enterprise. The group is formed of four members who are now able to use their earnings to buy land and build homes for themselves and their families. Successful manager Byamukama Dan has built a permanent house and can pay school fees for his children and support his family.
